Winter Equestrian Festival 2019 (USA)
In his capacity as FEI Footing Specialist, in 2019 Bart Poels headed toward the United States of America for the WEF. Thanks to his thorough knowledge, he was commissioned to supervise the construction of the arena. His expertise was also appreciated during the event where he was in charge of the maintenance of the arena to ensure optimal quality during the competition.
